Danny Alvarado gives tips on how to run a successful 7 figure company

What does your business do in a nutshell? (30-second elevator pitch go).

Danny: My business helps other people make money online and helps them escape the 9–5 system.

What does a typical day in life do?

Danny: Wake up, get ready, get breakfast, give my team their daily task for the day, check up on them throughout the day to make sure they’re on top of it, then hit the gym in the afternoon.

If there is one thing you have to get done in a day, what is and why? (If you are struggling, you can mention the top 3 things).

Danny: I have to make sure my team is on top of all the tasks I gave them, and the reason why is because if they are not on top of it, then it shows the process of scaling my business, and I like to make sure everything is moving right on time.

What has been the best advice you have ever received?

Danny: If you’re considering purchasing something, make sure you can write it off, or it produces income. If it doesn’t, don’t buy it.
